In total 5 days of a one day Awareness Training for participants of DHL, Deutsche Post, as part of the DocumentChecker license from the Dutch company Keesing technologies.
Netherlands, 10 to 14 June 2024
A Study Visit for second line FIA officers from Pakistan in the Netherlands. The program included very high quality presentations from Keesing technologies, HID, CST, Veridos and the IIND. The delegation also visited the largest exhibition/conference in the field of DocSec in the world. IDWeek was organized on June 11 and 12 in the RAI building in Amsterdam. A good example of international cooperation was that part of the Study Visit/IDWeek was attended by a Bangladeshi and Iraqi delegation.

A so-called “Training of Trainers’ training was delivered for the new Master Trainers in Dhaka, Bangladesh, by Saud Kadic, short term expert from Slovenia and André ’TenDoc’ ten Caat. This time the training had the topics Document Security and Didactics. A training with a combination of theoretical and practical items.
Baghdad/Iraq, 14 to 18 January 2024
André ten Caat (TenDoc) delivered together with another short term expert from Lithuania Pavelas Staskevicius a Document Security Course Advanced (DSCAL). This time the training was organized in a new ‘ICMPD-classroom’ in the Directorate of Civil States, Passports&Residence, Baghdad, Iraq. The training was organized for selected participants from two previous Document Security Basic Level (DSCBL) training.

2nd Line Border Control Training for Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and Inauguration Ceremony of Second Line of Control Office at Islamabad International Airport.
Islamabad/ Pakistan, 11 October 2023
The Federal Investigation Agency of Pakistan (FIA) inaugurated a new second line border control office at Islamabad airport. The office, established by support of the EU and ICMPD,provides the FIA with improved capabilities to detect and investigate the use of forged and falsified documents. The TenDoc was honoured to provide a speech during the Ceremony on technical aspects of the equipment used in the second line of border control.
Document and identity checks represents an integral part of law enforcement control Tasks in general and border control in particular. Passport control is just a part of several activities of border checks and TenDoc supported ICMPD training on 2nd line of control for FIA officials in Islamabad.Meeting, workshop with the ttiag company.

Due to the great success in both countries, we thought it would be an added value to share each other’s experiences during this workshop. By the way, part of the successful ‘Silk Routes project’.

From 6 to 8 March, TenDoc, provided a Document Security Course Advanced+ Level, for FIA second line officers of Islamabad International Airport and FIA forensic lab staff. The training concluded with a final group assignment consisting of writing a Notification of Confiscation, a Report and an Alert.
